1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Start:
- Cancellations made prior to the start of a project must be submitted in writing via email to info@perfecttubhomeremodeling.com.
- If a deposit was paid, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or planning fees incurred (if applicable).
- After Project Start:
- Cancellations made after the project has started may result in a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on the work completed and any materials purchased up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of work, a resolution will be attempted before issuing a refund.
- Refunds for unused materials or services not rendered will be processed after deducting restocking or administrative fees, if applicable.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or customer-provided delays.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-ordered materials once they have been ordered.
- Services already rendered, including labor and planning work.
- Permits or fees paid to third parties on behalf of the client.
4. Timeline for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Changes to the Project Scope
If changes to the project scope are requested after the agreement has been finalized:
- Additional costs may apply, and these will be communicated before work proceeds.
- Refunds are not applicable for scope adjustments that have already been approved and initiated.
